App: Bloomdoku — Garden Logic Puzzle (花田逻辑)  ·  Effective: June 4, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 11, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Omnigame (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of Bloomdoku (花田逻辑) (the “App”), handles information when you use the App. We have designed Bloomdoku to collect as little data as possible. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or precise location, and we do not show in-app advertising or sell your data. To measure the performance of our marketing and understand where new players come from, we use mobile-attribution services that — only with your permission — may use your device’s advertising identifier (see Section 3.4). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to the Bloomdoku mobile application on Apple iOS. It does not apply to third-party services, websites, or platforms (such as the Apple App Store or Google’s services) that have their own privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect and How We Use It

3.1 Information you provide

None. Bloomdoku has no sign-up, login, or account, and no forms, messaging, or user-generated content. We do not knowingly receive directly identifying personal information from you.

3.2 Game progress and settings (stored only on your device)

Your level progress, current level, tutorial-completion status, music/sound/haptics preferences, hint count and hint-regeneration timing, and daily-challenge records (the day of your last completed daily challenge, your consecutive-day streak, and your best completion time) are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to us and is removed when you delete the App.

3.3 Analytics data (Google Firebase Analytics)

To understand how players experience the game and to improve difficulty balancing, we collect anonymous, aggregated usage and gameplay events via Google Firebase Analytics, including:

This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3.4 Attribution and advertising identifiers

To measure how well our marketing performs and to understand which channels bring new players, we use AppsFlyer (our measurement partner) and the Meta (Facebook) SDK. The Meta SDK both attributes installs originating from Facebook and Instagram ads and sends app and conversion events — such as completing a level — directly to Meta to optimize and measure those ads. To match an install or in-app event to an ad you may have seen, these services process device and usage information such as a device identifier, IP address, device type and operating-system version, and install / first-open and key milestone events.

With your permission this includes Apple’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA). On launch the App presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; if you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” the IDFA is not used and attribution relies on Apple’s privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork and aggregated/probabilistic methods instead. You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Because measuring advertising in this way constitutes “tracking” under Apple’s definition, we declare it in the App Store privacy details and request ATT consent. The App does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals; no uniform standard for DNT has been adopted.

3.5 Advertising and purchases

The App contains no in-app advertising and no in-app purchases. We do, however, promote the App through paid advertising on third-party platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram) and use the attribution services described in Section 3.4 to measure those campaigns. If we introduce in-app advertising or purchases in a future version, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent first.

3.6 How we use the information

We use the information only to operate and maintain the App; understand and improve gameplay, difficulty, and player experience; diagnose and fix technical problems; and monitor aggregate, anonymous usage trends. We do not sell it.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following service providers, who process data for us on our behalf:

The Apple App Store and your device operating system are operated by Apple and subject to Apple’s own privacy policy.

5. How We May Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information only: to service providers (such as Google Firebase, AppsFlyer, and Meta) that process it for us; to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

6. International Data Transfer

We and our service provider (Google) may store and process data on servers located in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (for example, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your Choices

8. Your Rights

EEA/UK (GDPR): rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Our legal basis for processing limited, pseudonymous analytics data is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App; for attribution that uses your advertising identifier (IDFA), our legal basis is your consent, given through the ATT prompt and withdrawable at any time in iOS Settings. Omnigame is the data controller for this processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the EEA, your national data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); in Switzerland, the FDPIC.

California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell your personal information. Our use of advertising identifiers for attribution may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law; you can opt out at any time by declining or revoking App Tracking Transparency permission.

Because we do not collect directly identifying information or maintain accounts, we may be unable to associate collected analytics data with a specific individual, which can limit our ability to act on a request. To exercise any right, contact us (Section 12).

9. Data Retention

Locally stored progress and settings remain on your device until you delete the App. Analytics data is retained by Google Firebase for the periods configured for our project, after which it is deleted or aggregated.

10. Security

We use Google’s industry-standard infrastructure and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

Bloomdoku is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this URL. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
