Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Last updated: Android application: ai.com.gummyorbit

This policy explains how Omnigame ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in Gummy Orbit for Android (the "App"), when you contact us, and on this policy website. Omnigame is responsible for the App's data practices. This version applies when published for the App.

1. Information stored on your device

The App saves your game progress, earned coins, tool balances, capacity upgrades, tutorial and feature progress, reward status, and music, sound, and vibration preferences locally. It also stores privacy choices and records that prevent duplicate counting of gameplay milestones.

The App generates two random installation identifiers: an installation-level user ID (CUID) and a separate installation ID. They are created locally even if you decline optional measurement. They are not derived from your Android ID or advertising ID, are not an account, and do not restore progress on another device. They are sent to Google only if you enable Game Analytics.

Local backup files may help recover a damaged save or identity file on the same device. The App is configured to exclude its data from Android system cloud backup and device transfer. We do not operate a cloud-save service or upload your complete game save.

2. Your privacy choices

Before your first game, the App offers two optional choices. Both start OFF. You may leave them off and continue playing. Closing the first privacy prompt without enabling them does not give consent. Accepting the Terms of Service or simply using the App does not give consent to optional measurement.

You can change either choice under Settings → Privacy. Turning off Game Analytics turns off Ads Measurement too. Turning off only Ads Measurement leaves your separately allowed Game Analytics enabled.

Before you consent to Game Analytics, the App does not start Firebase Analytics collection or queue gameplay events for later upload. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future collection, removes the SDK's user-ID binding, and resets its local analytics state. It does not erase the game's local installation identifiers or automatically delete information already received by Google. If you enable analytics again, the App can associate new events with the same installation-level user ID. See Section 8 for deletion choices.

3. Optional game analytics

If you enable Game Analytics, the App sends Google Analytics for Firebase information about this installation and how you play:

We use this information to understand difficulty, completion and retention, evaluate changes, and improve performance and the player experience. Events are linked to an installation-level identifier; this is pseudonymous data, not fully anonymous data. Gameplay events do not contain your name, email address, phone number, or complete save file.

Firebase also handles automatic app events and technical information according to SDK configuration. Google's Analytics data disclosure information describes these data categories.

4. Optional advertising measurement

If you also enable Ads Measurement, Google may use measurement events, available Android advertising identifiers, and related device and app information to attribute installs and gameplay milestones to advertising, evaluate campaign results, and personalize promotions for Gummy Orbit. This depends on your device settings and the Google Analytics and Google Ads integrations configured for the App.

This choice concerns advertising for the game. This release does not display advertisements inside the game. When Ads Measurement is off, the App denies the SDK's advertising-storage, advertising-user-data, and advertising-personalization consent settings. Android also provides advertising-identifier and ad-privacy controls in device settings.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures to Google may be considered "sharing" or processing for targeted advertising under some laws. You can decline or withdraw this use in Settings → Privacy, or contact us about applicable opt-out rights. We do not treat playing the game as agreement to this use.

5. Support, permissions, and this website

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use these to respond, investigate issues, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identity documents.

The App uses internet and network-state permissions for optional measurement and a vibration permission for haptic feedback. It declares the Android advertising-ID permission for consented Ads Measurement. A declared permission does not mean its data is always collected. The App does not request camera, microphone, contacts, or precise-location access.

These legal pages contain no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, external fonts, or contact forms. When served through GitHub Pages, GitHub may process connection and request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to provide and secure the website. See the GitHub Privacy Statement. Following external links takes you to services with their own privacy policies.

6. Recipients, international transfers, and security

Google receives optional measurement data through Google Analytics for Firebase and, where enabled and permitted by your choices, connected Google Ads services. Google's role and use of that information depend on the service and configuration. See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase's privacy information. Google Play and Android may separately process information under their own policies; declining the App's analytics does not change your settings with those platforms.

Our email provider processes messages you send us. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect legal rights or safety, or transfer the App's operation in a business transaction, subject to applicable protections and any required notice.

Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where legally required, international transfers must use an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards. You may contact us for information about applicable safeguards.

The Analytics SDK encrypts data in transit. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

7. Purposes and legal grounds

Where a legal basis is required, essential local storage supports providing the game and remembering your choices; optional Game Analytics and Ads Measurement rely on your consent. Responding to support requests and protecting the App may rely on our legitimate interests, subject to your rights, or on steps needed to provide a service you request. Records required by law are handled to meet the relevant legal obligation. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Retention and deletion

Local data: game progress, preferences, privacy choices, installation identifiers, and local backups remain in app storage until removed. Use Android Settings → Apps → Gummy Orbit → Storage → Clear storage (wording varies by device) to erase this local data. Uninstalling normally also removes it. Doing so loses local progress; there is no account or cloud save from which we can restore it.

Analytics and advertising data: retention depends on the Google service, data category, and project settings, and may differ for event-level records and aggregated reports. Retention criteria include how long information is needed to understand gameplay or campaign performance, your consent and deletion choices, and applicable legal requirements. Provider-held records are subject to the relevant service's configured retention periods and deletion procedures; an in-app change does not immediately remove all historical records. You can contact us for information about the retention settings applicable to your request.

Support correspondence: we retain messages for as long as needed to resolve the request, follow up on related issues, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Cloud-side deletion: disabling measurement, clearing app storage, resetting an advertising ID, or uninstalling does not itself send a request to delete Google's previously received records. To request deletion of information handled for the App, email omnigame2026@proton.me with the subject "Gummy Orbit privacy request" and describe your request. There is no in-app account-deletion function because the App has no accounts.

We may ask for the minimum information needed to locate relevant records and verify authority. Because the game has no login and gameplay records are not keyed to an email address, we may not be able to identify an installation from your email alone. We will explain any limitation and available next steps, and handle requests through the relevant service tools where applicable. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless a lawful, necessary verification method has been explained to you.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority and, where applicable, appeal a decision about your request.

Use the in-app controls for optional measurement, or email us for other requests. An authorized representative may contact us where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain if a request cannot be fully fulfilled. You can play the game without enabling optional measurement, and we do not penalize you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Age and children's privacy

Gummy Orbit is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a minor, involve a parent or legal guardian as required by your local law. If your jurisdiction requires parental authorization for optional data processing at your age, do not enable optional measurement without that authorization.

If you believe a child has provided personal information without the required permission, contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to remove information or stop the relevant processing as required by law. This age statement does not mean the App verifies every player's age.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. The version and update date appear above. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required and seek new consent before a new use that requires it. Updating this page does not automatically enable optional measurement.
